【建议】可以选择关闭 YouTube 的Red Fork 字幕加载中的提示以及播放栏的图标按钮

减少占位，视觉上更简洁，增加选择开关即可。

因为用久了就知道它没加载出来是在加载中，不需要提醒。另外，Icon 一直在控件栏，不经常用的时候希望可以选择关掉。

Reduce clutter for a cleaner look; just add a toggle switch.

Because after using it for a while, you know it's loading when it hasn't appeared yet, so no reminder is needed. Also, since the icon is always in the control bar, I'd like the option to turn it off when it's not used often.
