Separate translation per sentence

For long paragraphs, following along with the source text and the translated version side by side is difficult. Add an option in the browser extension to break paragraphs into sentences so the source and translated versions can be followed sentence by sentence.

    This is not really possible to add this feature into the page translation.

    The only way to achieve this is to use custom ai action with custom prompts

      Hey Meng, thanks for your answer.

      browser extension changes the dom of html page already right? can’t it simply separate paragraphs by each sentence? what is the concern of splitting them in the dom, breaking the website’s ui?

        Because we actually use a complex tree-walking algorithm to determine the layout, examining the parent-child relationships between various nodes on the page and their CSS to decide where to insert bilingual translations or replace text with translations only. Even the most capable AI would come up with a solution riddled with bugs.
